Yeah, the brawl craze is pretty much over. Now people only play it when friends come over. Looks like your a little late.
I COULD brawl with you..... but you can't play as metaknight, ike, link, zelda, sheik, toon link, ganondorf, wario, mario, luigi, peach, yoshi, bowser, donkey kong, diddy kong, lucario, kirby, pikachu, king dedede, ness, lucas, pokemon trainer, fox, falco, wolf, marth, snake, capton falcon, mr. game and watch, olimar, rob, sonic, samus, zero suit samus, ice climers, or pit. Jiggly puff is fine though.
